Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of plan-slot. By creating an account or making a booking through the platform you agree to them. Read carefully — they explain what you can expect from us and what we expect from you.
1. Acceptance
By accessing plan-slot you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement. If you sign up on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind it to these terms.
2. The service
plan-slot is a software-as-a-service product that lets businesses publish a booking page and lets customers reserve appointments. We provide the tools; we are not party to the underlying service performed between business and customer.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for the security of your credentials and for activity that happens under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.
4. Subscriptions and payment
Business plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time from your dashboard. Refunds for unused time within a billing period are not provided unless required by law.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of any text, images and customer data you put into plan-slot. By using the platform you grant us a limited license to host, display and process that content only as needed to run the service for you.
6. Termination
Either side can terminate the agreement at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or that put the platform or other users at risk.
7. Liability
plan-slot is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Disputes will be handled in the competent courts of Nicosia.
