Our mission
Give multi-staff businesses in Cyprus a booking system that's honest in its pricing, localized in both languages the country speaks, and reliable every single day. We ship small, useful features instead of feature-sprawl — and we talk to real salon owners, trainers and clinics every week to figure out what to build next.

How plan-slot got from a frustrated salon visit to a Cyprus-wide platform.
- 2023
The frustrated salon visit
Three failed Instagram-DM rebookings in a week. We sketched the first calendar UI on a napkin that night.
- 2024
First Cyprus studios
Eight salons and a clinic in Nicosia ran their full schedule on a private beta. We rewrote the availability engine twice based on what they told us.
- 2025
Greek and English from day one
We launched publicly with full EN + EL parity, custom branding, and a multi-staff calendar that owners could actually navigate on the floor.
- 2026
Multi-location and embeds
We added embeddable booking, per-business branding, and rolled out to 5 Cyprus cities. Next: a real customer dashboard, deeper notes, and capacity-based services.
