This policy explains what data plan-slot collects when you use the service, why we collect it, and the rights you have over it.

1. Data we collect

Account data (name, email, phone), booking data (services, staff, time slots, notes), business profile data (logo, hours, location), and standard log data (IP, browser, timestamps) needed to keep the platform secure.

2. How we use data

To provide the service, send transactional notifications, prevent abuse, and improve plan-slot. We do not sell your data and we do not use it to train third-party AI models.

3. Data sharing

Booking data is shared between the business and the customer involved in a booking. We use a small number of vetted sub-processors (hosting, email, error tracking) under data-processing agreements.

4. Retention

We keep account and booking records for as long as the account is active and for a reasonable period after closure for legal and accounting reasons. Logs are kept for up to 90 days.

5. Your rights

Under GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you can object to or restrict certain types of processing. Email support@plan-slot.app to exercise these rights.

6. Security

We encrypt data in transit and at rest, follow least-privilege access for our team, and review our security posture on a regular cadence.

7. International transfers

Some sub-processors are located outside the EEA. Where that is the case, we rely on standard contractual clauses to protect your data.
